Application form
Required for verification, all application related documents are handled with utmost confidentiality.
Lease agreement
Upon receiving all documents, lease will be draft for review and signature. 24-hours will be given to complete the process.
Supporting documents
Complete the application form accurately. Ensure all additional occupants details are filled out.
Credit and background check
Payment instructions
Instructions will be emailed to you. Payment options include making payments at CVS, Walmart, or Walgreens via the Paynearme app, or through Crews Bank & Trust or Zelle.
The $45 application fee will only be charged upon your agreement to proceed with the property and complete the mandatory credit, criminal, and eviction background check to assess your eligibility. If the requirements are met, we will offer lease terms accordingly.
Move in
Keys will be provided upon clearance of payment. A welcome email containing utility activation details, rules and regulations, and the tenant handbook will be through email.

Resident Center
